The first phase in the design process is the Research and Discovery stage. This is the time we get to know your business. Some information that we collect will determine:

Why the project is necessary.
What benefits the website will provide your business and its customers.
Which features or functionality will best express those benefits.
Current marketing objectives and strategy.
Your target audience and their technical capability.
Your competitors and what they are doing on- and offline.
